Catering Director

Lori spent many years in event sales and planning for a private facility in Wallingford, as well as owning her own restaurant along with her husband before joining the team at CCSU. She has extensive experience in the field of Banquets, Business Meetings and Trade Shows. She managed the off premise catering and the staff at their own restaurant.  Lori and has enjoyed the transition to a campus environment and enjoy working with the students and faculty in planning their catered events.
