What is a Vegetarian? A vegetarian is a person that avoids all meat. Some vegetarians also avoid fish. What is a Vegan? A vegan is a person that avoids all meat products, and all products from animal sources including eggs, and dairy. At CCSU we offer many alternatives for vegetarians and vegans. On a side note all of our cooking oils are 100% trans fat free.
